Minimum requirements
- Filipino or resident foreigner, age 21–65 at maturity. Basic gross monthly income at least ₱15,000.
- Employed: minimum monthly income ₱15,000.
- Self: minimum monthly income ₱15,000.
Documents
- Employees: ITR/2316 OR three months payslips OR employment certificate showing salary, position and start date.
- Business: latest ITR/1701 or audited accounts, or DTI/SEC registration as listed in the application FAQ.
Auto Loan
EastWest offers financing for brand-new and pre-owned cars. Confirm the vehicle age limits and deposit for your chosen unit.

Home Loan
EastWest lists financing for a house and lot, condominium, townhouse or vacant lot. Ask which purposes your offer covers.
Minimum requirements
- Filipino, age 21–65 at maturity, with stable income and satisfactory credit history. OFWs may apply with an authorized representative.
- Published gross monthly income requirement: ₱40,000. Co-borrowers may be considered, confirm whose income the bank will accept.
Documents
- Application, two IDs, civil-status and address records, plus income evidence and property title/tax documents.
- Employees: employment certificate and three months of payslips. Business applicants: three years of tax/financial statements, six months of bank statements and registration. Construction requires additional plans.
Repayment and costs
- From ₱500,000. Up to 30 years for house-and-lot, up to 20 for condominium or vacant lot. Financing percentages depend on the property and developer.
- The ₱40,000 published income threshold is shown for review rather than treated as a universal individual-salary filter.

Contact EastWest Bank before the payment date with your loan reference, the reason for the shortfall and a realistic payment proposal. Ask which assistance options apply to your account and request the revised dates, charges and total payable in writing. Continue using the agreed schedule until the company confirms a change.
