Repayment and costs
- JuanHand lists online and offline channels including GCash, 7-Eleven, RD Pawnshop and M Lhuillier. Retrieve your own repayment code from JuanHand and follow the instructions for the selected channel. Keep the receipt so a payment can be traced.
If you cannot repay on time
Contact JuanHand’s official customer service with your repayment code and due date if you expect to miss a payment. Ask for the outstanding breakdown and whether there is an arrangement for your account. Do not send money to a personal account supplied by an unverified caller.
