Repayment and costs
- Retrieve the payment information and lifetime ID from your Kviku profile. The FAQ lists bank transfer and payment centres. Follow the current account instructions and allow for posting time, rather than reusing banking details from an old message.
If you cannot repay on time
If an installment will be missed, contact Kviku with the contract reference and proposed payment date. Request the current arrears and charges. If you already transferred the payment, provide the receipt for reconciliation before paying twice.
