About SSS
A short-term member loan accessed through participating financial institutions, including UnionDigital. Eligibility and amount depend on contributions and salary credits, not salary alone.
Loans and services
This page covers LoanLite. You can also compare these SSS offers.
How to repay
For an SSS Salary Loan, employed members authorize payroll deductions. Individual payers use the loan Payment Reference Number through an SSS collecting channel. Compare the payment posted in My.SSS with your payslip or receipt, especially after changing employer.
If you cannot repay on time
For your SSS LoanLite, check whether payroll deducted the installment and whether the lender received it. A job change, unpaid leave or a missed employer remittance needs an account-specific solution. Ask how to make direct payments while the deduction issue is resolved.
