Use the applicable collective agreement. Where there is no agreement, pay must be normal for the occupation and location. For degree-level jobs, UDI currently lists NOK 545,400 a year for bachelor-level work and NOK 624,700 for master-level work.
The degree benchmarks concern jobs requiring those qualifications. A lower amount needs convincing evidence that it is normal for that job. They are not a national minimum for every worker.
